Compliance & Enforcement Inquiries

Any person who has a concern about the work of a Professional Engineer or suspect that a person or company is practicing engineering without being licensed, may raise this concern with Engineers Yukon. At the outset, you will discuss your concern with the Registrar and provide information relative to it. This is done to determine whether the matter falls under the regulatory authority of the Association or may be addressed in another way. If it does fall under the regulatory authority of the Association, you may choose to file a complaint. A brochure outlining the Complaints and Discipline process is available here.
